Variable Rates. Consumer loans with a variable rate carry a lifetime cap of 6 percent over the starting rate with no prepayment penalty. You may convert to any fixed-rate term at any time with no fees or penalties.

Fixed Rates. All of our fixed-rate products are available for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30-year terms with no prepayment penalties.

Additional Savings. You can choose a term of 10 to 30 years. And our closing requirements and costs are generally more flexible than those of other lenders.
