Country Living from Farm Credit East can offer much more flexibility than tradtional lenders when it comes to financing your country home, land or farm. We also offer the following helpful terms and conditions:

• Variable Rates. Consumer loans with a variable rate carry a lifetime cap of 6 percent over the starting rate with no prepayment penalty. You may convert to any fixed-rate term at any time with no fees or penalties.
• Fixed Rates. All of our fixed-rate products are available for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30-year terms with no prepayment penalties.
• Additional Savings. You can choose a term of 10 to 30 years. And our closing requirements and costs are generally more flexible than those of other lenders.
